In 1996 Bill Gates wrote an article titled, “Content is King”. It’s really useless in a few years of working in a creative agency, I always think all successful advertisements & Ad Campaigns should be more outstanding visuals than content. That’s actually a bad experience from the time to start my career. Additionally, It’s the most meaningful for diving to make product design and UI/UX design that is the drive to human-center.
How to test your UX copy? When do we conduct it? It’s the most important rule to test your design you should do as often as possible. Gather information feedback from your user then quickly integrating based on that feedback is the best you can do. And here some efficient method is simple and effective ways to put it to test:
🍏 Cloze test (or deletion test)
🍏 Read it out loud! It should sound like a human conversation.
🍏 Highlighting test
🍏 Explain it to your friends!
🍏 Five-second test
🍏 Comprehension survey
🍏 Preference test
🍏 And many more, e.g. A/B testing, Card sorting, Tree testing, Eye tracking, Cursor tracking, One-question survey, Asking for in-app feedback, usability testing (with preferably follow-up interviews)
